solutions / back garden (maidenhead)This design was intended to replace what was basically an ugly field surrounded by moribund shrubs. It is now a cottage-style garden, suited to the needs of a busy working couple with two small children and a propensity to party. It creates a sense of movement and provides year-round interest. We've included excerpts from the plans and photos from the garden's first and second summers.
